Quality System
As part of DFP's commitment to quality, our plant has Grade 'A' BRC approval (European Food Safety Inspection Services) which ensures the highest quality assurance throughout our operation to provide total customer satisfaction.
Our skilled and dedicated workforce are all trained to the latest principals of HACCP and Food Hygiene legislations.
The management team continue to work as a unit ensuring complete customer expectations.
Raw Materials

To eliminate the risk of raw material and product deterioration, all our suppliers are located within a 70 mile radius of our processing plant to minimise collection, processing and packing time. DFP guarantee that all of the raw material used in our manufacturing process is fresh, excellent quality product, sourced from the geographic area immediately surrounding our manufacturing facility and that it is same day processed.
To produce leading quality products, all our raw materials are:
- Sourced from E.C. and Department of Agriculture approved processing plants
- Tested in our own in-house laboratory and verified by Independant Analysts
- Q.A. tests and visual inspections at all stages of processing
