Nua is manufactured by Duncrue Food Processors Ltd in Northern Ireland. Nua stands for freshness and is a premier jus, the highest grade of Beef Dripping available. It is 100% natural with no artificial chemicals or oils. This means that not only will it make everything taste great, but it is low in artificial trans fats. Celebrated as the only way to make traditional chips; crispy and dry on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, there is no doubt that high quality Beef Dripping adds that nostalgic flavour, which your customers will want to come back to, time and time again. In order to produce the best quality Beef Dripping it is critical that the raw material is sourced from within a four-hour radius of our processing plant. DFP only use locally sourced material in the manufacture of Nua and Nua Gold to ensure absolute Nua freshness. Nua is a refined and de-odourised white Beef Dripping specifically made to enhance flavour in fried foods and provide exceptional fry life. This is a 100% natural, non-hydrogenated product and is naturally low in trans fats. Nua has been processed to remove the beefy flavour and smell. Pack Size: 2 x 5 kg Nua Gold is a traditional yellow Beef Dripping specifically processed to retain a beefy smell and flavour and will provide long, trouble free frying while turning your foods golden brown. Nua Gold is 100% natural with no additives or preservatives and is a non-hydrogenated product. Pack Size: 2 x 5 kg Both Nua and Nua Gold are produced from Premier Jus material. Both also contain a natural anti-oxidant to ensure that not only is the fish fryer being presented with the finest quality Beef Dripping but they are also getting a product that can stand up to the rigours of the modern deep frying operation.
