Our primary operation is the manufacture of high quality Beef Dripping which is sold to the fast food, catering and food manufacturing industries.

With a dedication to total quality, the company has Grade 'A' BRC approval and has established an enviable reputation for producing market leading products, manufactured to the very highest quality standards. Major investment by the company in our refining and de-odourising plant together with our in-house laboratory has ensured that we are equipped to meet the changing demands of our customers.

Duncrue Food Processors Ltd produces a full range of Dripping products, from traditional yellow dripping (Nua Gold), refined white de-odourised dripping (Nua) to the top of the range Premier Jus used in the bakery trade. We collect caul, kidney and body fat from E.C. and Department of Agriculture approved plants. All our raw materials are tested in our own in-house laboratory and verified by Independent Analysis.
